Is it Fall? We’re not so sure, given the sunshine, great temperatures, and leaves just barely changing colour. True, we did come back from apple picking a couple of weeks ago with our body weight in Macs, but seeing the pumpkins in the fields felt a little out of place. Anyway, yet here we are, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and we are already working on costumes and decorations for our first Halloween in our new home. The real estate market in Toronto is hopping, even as our neighbours to the South struggle through some big political hurdles. This is the first time in a while that a ripple in the US hasn’t had an immediate pausing effect on the business climate in Canada. Perhaps all of the positive news about the American housing market rebound has Bay Street taking the other news a little less seriously.
