On behalf of the Kaushansky/Brown Team, we’re thrilled to be able to officially announce the launch of the newest Keller Williams Brokerage: Keller Williams Neighbourhood Realty. Our new office will be bringing the real estate evolution that has made Keller Williams famous to The Junction, with our office located at 2968 Dundas Street West (at Pacific). KW Neighbourhood Realty will be serving Etobicoke, The Kingsway, Sunnylea, Old Mill, Bloor West Village, High Park, The Junction, Ronscy Village, and Parkdale neighbourhoods (thus, the name!). In addition, many of the agents calling the office “home” have well established businesses serving The West End, The Downtown Core as well as The East End of Toronto.

Philip and I were honoured to have been asked to help launch this new Market Centre, and have been working for months behind the scenes with Norm, Tasi and Adrienne Farquhar to create a fantastic work environment and systems for both agents and clients. We will have an official launch party and public event in the New Year, but we wanted you to be the first to know.

In terms of how this move impacts you, our clients and friends, we’ve made sure that almost nothing changes. All of the contact info that you have for our team office remains the same: Direct line is 416-259-2444 and email is info@ireneandphilip.com as before, cell numbers, etc remain as they always were. The only difference you’ll see is a new Main Office phone number on our marketing materials and For Sale signs: that number is 416-236-1392.

We’re looking forward to keeping you up to date on the news, growth and charitable works that this Market Centre will be bringing to the Toronto marketplace.
